                                                                                              Partial Municipal Surveying Work History

• 2001-2003 ~ FEMA Flood Buyout and Relocation Program Surveys  Performed hundreds of surveys in Lenoir, Pamlico, Carteret and other Counties in compliance with FEMA standards and in a timely and cost effective manner.

• 2001-2002 ~ City of Kinston - five (5) mile topographic route survey for Northside Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion.  Completed on time and within budgetary constraints.

• 2002-2003 ~ City of Kinston Attorney – Multiple Relocation surveys and mapping for City Attorney’s office.

• 2002-Present ~ Lenoir Community College – Complete as-built survey of entire campus. Provide updates as necessary for new construction and maintenance.

• 2003 ~ County of Lenoir – Design and layout services for Moss Hill School’s new recreational field and baseball complex.

        County of Lenoir – Subdivided, surveyed and mapped multiple pump station sites for new sewer expansion. Performed construction staking services for the new spray field in Pink Hill, NC.

• 2004 ~ Lenoir County Clerk of Court – Performed survey and court ordered partition.

• 2004- 2005 ~ County of Lenoir – Boundary resolution and mapping for new Visitor’s Center property (old DMV weigh station on Hwy. 70.

        County of Lenoir – Subdivision and recombination surveys for new industrial lots on Industrial Dr.  Also, performed Sedimentation and Erosion Control Plan on Industrial Drive.

• 2004- 2008 ~ State of North Carolina - Multiple acquisition surveys to include a Masonboro Island tract for environmental mitigation and a large tract adjoining Fort Macon State Park for additional park land.

• 2006-2009 ~ Neuse Regional Water and Sewer Authority (WASA); construction layout, monitoring and as-built surveys. Worked as site surveyors throughout project until completion. Currently performing services as needed.

• 2006 ~ Present Multiple NC Department of Transportation road layout projects.

• 2007 ~ City of Kinston Planning Department – Latitude /Longitude to State Plane conversion calculations for Planning Director.

• 2007 ~ Lenoir County Public Schools – complete as-built topographic survey of Southeast School.

• 2008 ~ Washington County - Boundary survey at Plymouth Municipal Airport – surveyed bounds of airport and supplied map for record.

• 2008 ~ County of Lenoir ~ Boundary survey of the Dawson farm for Sanderson Farms industrial project.

• 2010 ~ Lenoir Community College – New Parking Lot Addition State of North Carolina  – C.S.S. Neuse Ironclad Location
